This is due to not needing to move lanes at all as long as you have selected the correct approach lane on the approach.

Some Spiral roundabouts may have been created from smaller standard roundabouts but most are created on the bigger multi-lane roundabouts.

The highlighted areas in red with dotted lines below them are to allow driver's to follow them into their designated lanes without getting confused by other lane markings.
This ensures driver's should not need to changes lanes while traversing the roundabout, making them safer to drive.
